Osteopathic manipulative treatment with a focus on integrative and lifestyle medicine are passions of Dr. Blumer. She cares about helping people move past limitations, whether in mind, body or spirit, and
toward optimal health, in whatever ways best suit the needs of the patient.

In 2016 she received her Fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathy (an advanced degree in
osteopathic medicine) with her mentors help, Doc Sandy! Her osteopathic focus is on Osteopathic Cranial Manipulative Medicine, Balanced Membranous and Ligamentous tension and other connective tissue modalities. She has performed research & has several publications. In 2009 she became an instructor for Inner Dialogue work, a unique form of therapy which helps patients understand their biopsychosocial forces that cause patient’s distress. Originally created by Solihin Thom D.O., this work allows a deeper understanding of the forces that affect patient’s lives. She is excited to be able to offer this form of treatment at Crossroads!

She enjoys creative activities in her free time, including glass torch work, pottery, and jewelry work,
when she is not out traveling with her husband and enjoying new places to hike and kayak.
