Staff at Crossroads PHC

Roxanne Scott

Roxanne Scott, medical assistant and staff member at Crossroads Premiere Healthcare in Corvaliis, Oregon.I have had the privilege of watching Crossroads grow and flourish since I started working here in May of 2010. Before coming to Crossroads I assisted physicians with patient care in several busy specialty offices including Cardiology, Internal Medicine and ENT, but I feel I have finally found my place in this very special clinic. My goal is to facilitate learning and listen with complete acceptance and compassion. I take into consideration all aspects of our patient’s needs; physical mental, and emotional.

I am the Clinical Office Manager at Crossroads and my job is to ensure that our patients needs are met in all aspects of their care. Though I am sometimes “behind the scenes” of it all, I am always available to assists the physicians and you directly or indirectly, from assisting in your new patient intake, advocating with your insurance company, and many, many other ways. You can always count on me to help with any questions or concerns you might have. I feel it is a privilege to be able to care for patients in this most unique and loving atmosphere and I look forward to getting to know you.

In my spare time I enjoy camping and fishing with my friends and family. I love cuddling up with a good book but I have two teenagers at home and they keep me busy when I’m not at work.

Nicole Lock

As a person who is passionate about wellness and healing, I cannot express enough what an honor it is to be here at Crossroads and a part of your journey to well-being. I look forward to getting to know you.

Here is a little about me:
I received my Master’s Degree from UO in media studies, focusing primarily on race and gender. Though I continue to be an activist for social justice and analyze media, I’ve been focusing my attention on my many other passions. I read tarot and interpret birth charts professionally. I love to study the cards and astrological patterns for all of the many archetypes and healing lessons they offer. I adore being outside and spend as much time as possible in the mountains or by the sea with my husband and our dog, Sia. I hike, surf, camp, rock hound, swim, and am currently working on identifying and foraging native plants. I am a writer and an avid reader. I read and write about nature, politics, justice, spirituality, tarot, astrology, and personal growth.
